Location and Driving Focus

Location and Driving Focus

Here is a rough transcript:

So very interesting to think about where attention goes.

So I've been off of work for two weeks, and work has been the big focus for the last year. And if I look at like most of the action items that I had to do their work related.

And today, after two weeks of break, I was just like, none of the thoughts are going towards that work. Right. And I think some of the drivers for work focus are, it's social, right? It's income, it's something that we've been trained into for a longer period of time.

And now I'll go back and you know, pay more attention when I go back to the office tomorrow, and it'll become a bigger part of life. But thinking about those things that don't necessarily produce a huge impact.

Yeah, don't necessarily produce a huge impact, but can be can be more, I guess, positive on the back end. Yeah, can be more positive on Oh, no, actually more negative.

So removing them from our lives can be more positive on the back end. So when messing around and thinking about that for the last for today, and and, yeah, so it is, our location drives our thoughts drives our actions. So how do we reverse engineer sort of a better experience in location and stuff that we're focusing on?
